Coordinate/Communicate with Owners, General Contractors, Architects, etc. If we're not providing a full architectural and timberframe design package, we'll work with you and your subcontractors from day one throug completion of both the design and fabrication phases of your project. Even after our scope of work is completed, we continue to be available to provide service and offer guidance as needed.

3. Engineer the Timber Frame Perhaps it's our exceptional commitment to detail, but we believe engineering the entire timber frame is essential. That's why every timber frame we build is certified by a licensed engineer to ensure you safety, quality, and longevity.

4. Order the Timber/Cut the Handmade Timber Frames Using methods taught and handed down through centuries, we craft your handmade timber frames. Prefabricated timbers are never used in your home.

5. Deliver and Install the Timber Frame "Raising" day is an exciting event for you and for us. You get to watch your home move from a concept to a physical structure right before your eyes. Expect to be amazed and plan on joining in a celebration.

1. Provide and Install Tongue and Groove for Wooden Ceilings If you opt to reveal the full glory of wood throughout your house, we'll provide and install the tongue and groove ceilings for you.

2. Engineer the Entire Structure (including foundation) Have you ever noticed that you don't pay much attention to how reliable your car is while it's running as it should? It isn't until something goes wrong that you start to consider the dependability of your transportation. The same holds true when integrating full building engineering with the timber frame engineering of post and beam homes. Asking us to perform this step ensures safety, structural integrity and a smooth transition between all building elements. It also means you most likely won't have to think about it again. Ever.

1. General Contracting As dually licensed general contractors, we can offer you a full turnkey service for your post and beam home.  You'll get our attention to detail throughout all the building systems, not just the handmade timber frame. 

2. Act as Your Consultant If you prefer to take the role of general contractor, we'll consult with you as needed.

4. Provide Carpentry Services including rough framing, subfloors, siding, window and door installation, decks/porches, interior trim and more.

5. Provide Other Materials such as lumber, steel beams, siding, windows and doors, decking, trim and flooring.

6. Provide Fabricated Steel Components including handrails, structural steel and decorative steel in the timber frame.
